I think it's about how we manage or qualitify the time rather than to have more and quatitative it.

And no lar. I got accepted and all that but there were financial issues to consider. No money. That time the exchange rate was too high. Past 3 already so better don't go. Too risky. Just in case it goes up some more. So? Malaysia lor. Make money then only go there for holiday to look-see and take pictures outside the Uni. HAHA. Sad case.
